Cons: -All holes under 200', 3 under 100'
-Shared basket for #4 and #6
-Fairways cross, could be a danger if crowded
-Tee is a "C" of 4x4 wood for a box (muddy inside)
-Parking area could be in play on #7
-Playground could be in play long on #8
Other Thoughts: Westpointe Hills is an apartment complex in the eastern part of Urbandale, IA. The back of the complex includes a pool, a playground, and even a short 9 holes of ball golf. They have added 8 baskets for 9 holes of disc golf around the playground. A mostly pitch n putt with only one hole getting close to 200'. Signage is OK, baskets are nice and there are a few trees and some elevation to work around even in this small space. A nice addition to an apartment complex, definitely made for beginners. Would like to see concrete tees, and maybe some use of the wooded area just to the west to spread out a little (and add a basket). Take a mid and a putter and work your short game. I was the only one on the course on a Sunday afternoon and enjoyed my round. Might play again.
