Pros: 9 Holes(There's 9 Alternate T Pads if you know where to look)
I've been on this course for many years now.It makes the best out of a small park.
Great for beginners.I've sent alot of them there.Good signs,Restrooms,Parking.Lots of old trees,Nicely shaded.
Cons: Could use Concrete.Kinda crowded on the weekends.
Other Thoughts: If your in town on a weekday it's a blast.Tuesday Eve minis are strong.Turns into some night golf half way thru the round.Great folks.

Pros: Nice course in a smaller park. All the tees have signs and the holes have good placement.
Cons: The tees are dirt. The park has never been very busy when I've played, but in the summer it looks like it could get full.

Fun short course, beware on a busy day

Pros: Short and to the point - nice in town course, easy to get in and out of
Old & pretty trees
Near stuff, so you can find a rest room/water/etc fast if you need it.
Cons: In the middle of town and easy to hit pedestrians/etc around town. If the park gets busy, forget it and go to Ben Geren, where you're out by yourself and the usual bike/run crowd you know how to handle.
Other Thoughts: Fun course. I played this before BG was built, so it was well maintained. I thought it was fun and as good as you could ask for a couple of blocks in the middle of an old growth urban area.

Pros: For a 9 hole course in town, it is really nice. Seven of the nine the holes are moderately wooded and under 300ft. The only hazards are trees, tables and benches, and the occassional pedestrians. The course plays fast and was not crowded during the evening. It is fun for beginners and a technical challenge for intermediates and advanced players. The course has good signage and tees are concrete.
Cons: Some holes are close to traffic/city streets. Several holes have picnic tables and walking paths in and cutting through the fairways.
Other Thoughts: The holes run counter-clockwise around the course - this will help you find #2 hole. Watch out for dog crap!! This is a pet friendly park. Thus, some remnants of the previous pooch ended up on my disc bag and then later found some on my shoes. Overall, this course was fun, quick, and provided a enjoyable challenge.

Pros: Good use of available space
Good signage
Good beginner course or course to fine tune a particular shot/skill
Not redundant for a small course
Cons: Cramped quarters
People in fairways..walking or sitting
Other Thoughts: This is a fun little course to play. Fortunately I hit town right after a T-Storm, so the park wasn't packed but there were enough people there to disrupt the flow of my round.
The course layout is pretty intuitive...2 holes that aren't are 2 and 5...
After you get your disc from hole 1 basket, you'll see a tee to your left--that is Hole 9, not 2...turn right on the paved path behind the basket and walk straight about 100 yards or so and you'll see the tee for Hole 2. When you get your disc from basket 4, cut across the parking lot diagonally toward the corner of the tennis court for the Tee of Hole 5.

Pros: Pleasant little 9 hole park course. Some hills and trees here and there. Not real challenging but worth playing if you're close and have 40 minutes to spare.
Cons: Park gets busy and people who are sitting on the benches near fairways tend to not want to move.

Other Thoughts: Not much point in playing when you have Ben Geren Park a few miles away.

Pros: Nice park setting.
Cons: It is designed in the heart of the park. Wow, on a busy day, there will be people all over the course that you'll have to look out for.
Other Thoughts: If you are the least bit concerned with throwing in people's yards or hitting people or their vehicles, you might pass on this one.
