Pros:

Great open course with long holes and short woody ones. Tees are concrete and well marked. Easy to find and spread out on a big terrain.

Other Thoughts:

You can get a map at the recreation centre. They also sell a variety of good discs (mainly printing faults) for only $10.

Pros:

Long and short tee pad (concrete). Most holes in the woods, some longer ones outside. Good variety. Not too much underbush, you can play alone and still have all discs left after the round. Mostly good signs for next tee.

Cons:

Some hole difficult to find (3, 10). No map.

Other Thoughts:

Precise throws help much for a low score.

Pros:

In and out of the woods, easy to navigate, newish concrete long and short tee pads. Mostly clear path to the baskets.

Cons:

Rough can be very rough but keep it on the fairways.

Other Thoughts:

Good tourney course with good folks putting them on.

Too wooded 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Updated: Played on:Jul 10, 2008 Played the course:2-4 times

Pros:

The course resides beside the Campbell River sports complex that has maps and scorecards, and can rent you discs for $2 dollars. The course can be good for practicing short technical shots with your putter. An accurate thrower who lacks power can get low scores. if you want a course to practice your long putts through trees, or high tomahawk throws, this is it.

Cons:

The holes are all alike. They are almost all too short, too narrow, too wooded, and have too way too much underbrush. All the locals are throwing tomahawk throws. The locals also play very speedy and it can get annoying. If their first throw isn't good, they pick it up and move on to the next hole.

I spent a large amount of time searching for discs and thankfully I found them all.
