An e. bay must play
Pros: Holes all have decent distance and are well laid out. Some trees as obstacles but always an opportunity for a good drive on all the holes. #6 is beautiful and #4 and #9 are fun downhill holes. The holes are interesting enough to play twice in a day. When we played it was super windy and a bit wet, which made the course quite challenging. I could imagine it being a lot easier on a nice day.
Cons: The only major cons are that it is only 9 holes, and the grass is really long (at least in early spring) making it a bit hard to find your disc. A few holes go straight uphill, which makes them tough, but it isn't so bad as to be annoying.
Other Thoughts: Definitely play here if you are nearby. Very much worth it.

Pros: Easy to navigate. Requires a wide variety of shots. Challenging. Beautiful place to play on calm sunny days and shooting par is still a challenge.
Cons: Very windy at times. Muddy after rain. not easy to get to if you dont live in the east bay.
Other Thoughts: Play here if you get a chance. Everyone likes it.

Pros: Good layout, beautiful views of surrounding fields and forests. Only two holes with any real underbrush to speak of.
Cons: Apparently the course is being resown, so if you go there after it rains, you'll have 2 inches of thick mud on your shoes.

Pros: Nice layouts for 9-holes course in town park area. Easy to figure out where is the tees and targets. Can finish the round less than 30 minutes if you didn't loose the discs.
Cons: Watch out for kids and walkers around the park. More crowded on weekends and summer times. Discs can get lost if you are not paying attention.
Other Thoughts: Nice course for players to stop by in the area for a quick round.

Pros: All nine holes are fun to play and the layout was both convenient and challenging. I usually think of nine-hole park courses as second rate, but this course was very nice.
Cons: No problems the day we played.

Pros: No pedestrian issues, the course area is typically disc golfers only. Two or three very nice holes, particularly #6, a long downhill shot with the basket near a large power tower. There are a couple of very nicely done tee boxes made from hand laid bricks.
Cons: Some tees are dirt and fairly sketchy, particularly if it has rained recently. Hole design is typically open and often straight up or down a hill. At least one basket is super old, rusty, and has only a single set of chains.
Other Thoughts: Nasty poison oak down in the creek behind #4's basket, and it's easy to overthrow down there with the downhill slope.

Pros: Some thought put into this course. average throwing distance will put your disc in the trees The course cuts up and down hills
Cons: The course cuts back across the same hills, watch your head.
Other Thoughts: Watch out for kids, its a friendly park.
