Pros: I thoroughly enjoyed this course. As seen in other reviews, it is a perfect course to fit in to a cruise schedule. Just about a mile or so from the port on the other side of the baseball fields. It offers a very unique pin structure of beer kegs instead of regular baskets. This makes it a little easier to putt, making you round faster.

It's a small layout and all flat. You won't spend lots of time and effort hiking. Pretty open for the most part, east to find discs off the fairways.

Great views all around the course!
Cons: Biggest issue is finding it. Yes its past the baseball fields, but you have to just get lucky walking into the tall trees and see the tee boxes. Could use a giant Entryway sign or something.

Got a little sidetracked after a couple holes, trying to find the next tee. But overall, it did not take away from the fun.
Other Thoughts: Extremely satisfied and was very excited to see such a close by course i could get to on while on a cruise. Great to mark off a course in Alaska.

Pros: -There's actually a course in Skagway!
-Aiming at kegs is fun
-Can walk or drive to from downtown
-Some challenging fairways with turns through the woods
Cons: -Hard to find way around
-I played on a beautiful day. Not sure what it's like with all the woods on a dreary day.
-If you don't come in on a cruise, may be hard to get to
Other Thoughts: I had a rental car, so it was easy to stop at the course on our way back from the Yukon (day trip). Had a great time playing a few holes, but didn't have time for the entire course because it was hard to find the tees.
