Pros:
Course is situated on the grounds of a holiday resort, so it might attract new players to the sport.
Cons:
The course is placed in the backyard of the resort - and the backyard is way to small for a disc golf course! Holes are very short - a putter will suffice for the round.
Pins are too close to buildings - advice: don't play with golf discs, play with toy discs instead, so you won't break a window.
The course clearly wasn't designed by a golfer.

I you are a discgolfer looking for a fun course to play, this is not the place to head for.
