Has tee signs with par and distance
Natural tees were flat and fair to drive from
Mostly open holes with good use of water hazards
Had whole course to myself on a Saturday morning
Shared fairways of holes 1&9 and 5&7
Unfair fairways of holes 3, 4, 5, and 9
Overgrown area near the pond at hole 5
Difficult course for a beginner
A good, challenging course on church grounds that is probably too challenging for the beginner because of the long holes that have water hazards and some require throwing straight. The church did well with what the property they have but I think it could be designed better. When entering the property, #1 tee and #9 basket is to the left of the main building.

Pros: There are plenty of chances to air it out here. A ton of open space and some very long holes. Experienced players might get a kick out of the unorthodox hole shapes. You can bomb it, and try to land the disc in ways you have never really done before. It's a unique course to say the least. And they definitely used all the land that was available.
Cons: The pins are basically set at the corners of the property, to give each hole the longest length possible. I'm not sure who this course is appropriate for. Experienced players will find that every throw is not a golf shot. It won't really test them in any way besides distance. At the same time, the hoels are way too long for newer players. It really seems as if the course would be tedious for any possible skill level.
The exceptions are holes 1 and 9, which basically use the same fairway or lack there-of. The two tees face each other down a cross a pinball alley of trees.
And then there is four. An absurdly long hole, approaching 500 feet, the entire fairway is a dirt road with a canal on the right. At the end, the basket is just to the left of the road.

Pros: Technical course, good layout for the land that is used, good use of the lake, well rounded course on all skills and levels, and the staff at the church is very nice and helpful if you get turned around they will help you.
Cons: No benches, no trash cans, needs a better marker to show where hole one is and needs more maps and scorecards.
Other Thoughts: The hole course has been redone. All new layout and all brand new baskets. The church did what they could with the land they have and the course can become very challenging at times. All and all its a great course i will return to play. I also happen to know the person who donated the the baskets and funded the new redone course, and he is hoping to do more and make the course even better.

Not worth the trip....
Pros: Any course is a good course. Good beginner course. Short holes. Will not drive there again bc of closer options. This part of state is in need of a nice championship layout. This one isn't it.
Cons: Not worth a drive, maybe if your local other wise go to any course.

Pros: This little gem of a course offers a nice quick round of 9 holes. All the baskets have been replaced with new chainstar baskets. The course is well done with the amount of land they had to use. Good use out of the retention lake, seeing as you really never HAVE to throw over it. A very unique course for having holes that follow dirt roads, turn dogleg right, and good signage.
Cons: The score cards do not have all the par info and new yardage.
No cart girl... lol
Other Thoughts: The course with a few improvements could be a great course out there. Very nice job on replacing the baskets

Pros: Quite place I saw no one at all. The staff that is inside the building is very friendly. They have small maps of teh course as well as score crads and pencials.Holes 4 and 5 are very long both par 5. The alow to to open up while holes 2 and 3 are very short par 3. Although most of the course is open holes 6-8 are wooded and are a nice change of pace. Hole9 has a creative gazebo ending.
Cons: Only 9 holes and although the baskets are cool and well made some of teh chains are a little heavy and will knock a small disc out. Could be a little longer but a nice clean 9 hole course.
Other Thoughts: I was informed tht wendsdays 4:30-6:00 younger mambers of the church play with the pastor I am not religious but was invited nun the less. Sweet little course.
