Pros: I personally feel that this is an extremely great for beginners. The course is simple enough and although it does lack obstacles the way it is laid out is great for beginners who are just learning how to play. The general layout of the course is designed perfectly to teach newbies disc control. Hole's 1, 2 and 3 are all beside fences that you either have to climb over or walk around to retrieve your disc. You learn not to Hyzer the heck out of your drives real quick.
Hole 2 dog legs left into a long fairway.
Hole 3 has an old baseball backstop in front of it which is fun.
Hole 4 is a straight shot with no obstacles. Great to learn to control your mid range or even putter.
Hole 6 is a blind dog leg right which is great to practice your forearm or anhyzer shots.
The rest of the holes are pretty much open range to practice your drives on. All in all this course is worth the time it takes to play but Intermediate and advanced players will get bored really quick.
Cons: Very little shade in the hot summer.
Almost always seems to be windy except in the early morning or late evening hours.
The Tee pads are really hard to find on the account of the grass being tall and the pads being microscopic.
The Tee to Hole 6 is hugged up against the school and incredibly hard to find.
Always sprinklers going on some section of the course.

Pros: This is a wide open course. Tee Box for 1 is north of the long jump pit, basket is about 380 feet south. 2 is around the fence to the left. The rest are easy to find. A few Holes are IMO long enough to be par 4 so bring your big guns and let them fly. There is usually enough wind to keep things interesting.
Cons: Signs listing distance, bigger tee pads and directions would be nice but ask a local and they will help you out.
Other Thoughts: Thrown over the fence a few times but discs are easy to retrieve. The football field is a good place to measure your drives. A great place to take that new disc and see how it flies.
