Pros:
Many of the holes are short enough to go for a hole-in-one. Very remote and private course so there are no crowds (or even other players). The sponsoring community association provides discs (so you don't have to use your 'good' discs).
Cons:
Beware of major sharp cactus at ankle and leg level. Had to pull thorns out of discs and leg!
The 'chain link fence' has barbwire on top, so errant throws are irretrievable until after the round and a LONG walk. Bring extra discs just in case.
