Pros: Great use of land, really fun little course. Lots of short holes made more difficult by trees, water, and mandos.
Cons: No tee pads, somewhat cramped; some fairways are pretty close together.
Other Thoughts: Overall a great, quick little course.

Pros: Short, technical holes with a couple mandos are fun. Three longer holes offer some variety.

Generally good pin placement given the small amount of space.

Kids will get your disc out of the shallow water hazard (pond) for a small fee.

Well maintained, mowed, etc.

Wooded and open shots. Manageably technical; good intermediate course.

Flat, easy walk.
Cons: Crowded with players and park go-ers.

Some hole overlap can cause a wait or a disc in the ankle.

Course can be a bit confusing. You need to back track at least once.

Lay-out seems a tad uninspired.
Other Thoughts: A course worth playing if you're in the area. I wouldn't go out of my way for it, but it's a nice change of pace. The crowd is way more manageable during the daytime.

Pros: Old Farm is a beautiful park in the summer nice shade and a comfortable walk. The baskets on the course are in good condition and the mandos are perfectly placed on some of the short holes, which add some slight difficulty to otherwise easy holes. I would describe this course as technical (lots and lots of trees), although short, which may be good or bad depending on how you like to play (its a plus for me). The course, to be played well requires many different types of shots but can be played easily enough by someone who only throws one style.
Cons: As mentioned above, if you don't like technical courses or you want to test your distance, then this isn't a good course for you. setup of the 2nd and 3rd hole isn't very good, you usually have to wait at the 2nd for people on the 3rd to drive. Although i like the trees they can be a nuisance, especially on 7, 13, and 14. holes 9,10 and 11 are side by side so you have to be very careful you don't hit someone with an errant drive or get hit yourself. Finally, in the late afternoons (5:30 or so) this course can be extremely busy, and it gets pretty congested on the front nine.
Other Thoughts: Although this course has a lot of negatives it has become one of my favorites. If you stick with it the course can help you learn control, and requires you to develop many shots. I firmly believe playing this course has improved my game at many other parks. Also, I should mention the water, beware RHBH players the water is gross so if you throw it in you probably wont want to go in after it.

Pros: Very unique use of limited space
Well thought out to provide maximum challange on short distances
Good use of Mando shots to create challenge
Intuitive flow--good signage
Opportunity to use various strategies and shots
Not much conflict with regular park users
Short enough for beginners to enjoy and not be frustrated
Cons: Natural tees--uneven footing at times
"Big Arm" players and non-technical players could get frustrated (basically a pitch and putt course)--oddly though, I think a beginner would enjoy it...just watch out for them throwing a hyzer into the "lake" on 15 :)
There could be an arguement made that it could have been kept to 9 or 12 holes...but I think the answer to that is try perfecting different throws, ie. playing the whole course just forehand (now that would be a HUGE challenge on this course for a righty--but it takes the weaknesses of this course and uses them to create a more versatile arsenal for playing various courses
Other Thoughts: I played on a Sunday morning and it was empty...there was a foursome about 5 holes ahead of me and that was it...
I think this course was a light, refreshing way to spend some time playing DG...
If you haven't played it based on the other reviews...I would go out there and play it--I don't think you'll regret it...
Next time I'm in GR, I'll probably go play it because it's pretty close to the hotel I stay at and I think it's unique enough to invest and hour or so to play

Pros: Great Variety. Jogs in and out of the trees. Mandos are an awesome change of pace for the shorter holes. many of the holes are aceable after learning the course.
Cons: Some of the fairways overlap, which can be quite hazardous. If it's your first time, you can get lost, but just ask and most of the other discers will help you out.
Other Thoughts: don't go too far left on #5, you will be down a creek, literally. also be careful of the wind coming from the open fields in the spring and fall. Also NEVER go in the water, AIDS has been reported. we have people for that.

Pros: City keeps it up nice, nice baskets, good scenery, nice tee signs (need distances marked though)
Cons: Terrible design, many of the holes you end up crossing other fairways and you are always waiting for someone to throw from your fairway to a different hole. Tee pads are located right next to baskets so you always have to watch for discs flying at you. Very busy, with a mix of serious players and not so serious players so the rounds are very slow. You could play this whole course with a putter and a mid-range...very short. Its like they tried to put 5 lbs of cow patty in a 2 lb. bag.
Other Thoughts: There was nothing about this course that would bring me back to play it again.

Pros: Great course with quick easy holes in the beginning and challenging holes in the back 9. Fun water hazards at the end. A couple long open holes to test your drive. Three fun mandos on holes 3, 6, and 7.
Cons: May need a guide your first time through. If you DO throw into the water on 15 or 17, good luck, it is nasty water. Course can bottle neck in the front nine, but holes 9, 10 and 11 are long enough to make the rest of the course run smoothly.
Other Thoughts: THERE IS NO MANDO ON HOLE 5.. I don't know why one of the reviews tells you to "ignore" it, it isn't there.

Pros: Fun little shots. Technical, weaving in and out of wooded areas. A few open ones to vary the course a little bit. A quick play because, if it's not busy you can finish it about an hour.
Cons: It can be very busy. Fairways between holes 6,7,8,9 are very close together. You have to be careful when throwing and walking in that area so you make sure you're not being hit or throwing at somebody's head. Don't be a jerk, please yell fore. And dont' believe the mando sign on hole 5. Aim for the path on the otherside of the mando tree so you don't have to putt from behind trees.
Other Thoughts: Like playing this course and it's great for beginners just starting.

Pros: -
Fun and quick. Technical with a good mixture of tight wooded holes and open fairways. Good variety with water and slight hills. Signs are sufficient and the holes are close together so it is hard to get lost.
Good baskets.
Nice scenic park, good landscaping on some of the holes, nice bridges.
Water hazards.
Cons: -
-Lot's of people.
-Busy park with people walking through fairways, playing basketball and lot's of golfers.
Dangerous set up of course.
-I was constantly looking behind me at the group coming up.
-Fairways are to close for my comfort on some holes with minimal protection and head on collisions possible.
Natural tee pads make spring and rainy days less enjoyable due to mud and slips.
Mando signs gives a big advantage for righties.
(sorry not a fan of mando's!)
Course favors righties.
Other Thoughts: -
Probably would not play course again. I imagine it is better in the summer when the ground is harder and your not worried about falling.
Try to shoot basket 18 from on top of the cement building for the longest drive of the course! (the kids will cheer you on!)

Pros: Good variety of holes. Doglegs, mandos, water holes, and some interesting pin placements. Best singles round is 12 under par between me and my friends and it is always fun to shoot a great score.
Cons: Look out for the pond on holes 15 and 17, dont hook left on 15 and dont overshoot on 17 because the pond is sick, really sick. Pads are natural and could use some work, especially when wet they are very hazardous.
Other Thoughts: I used to play this course everyday, sometimes a couple times a day. After acing 9 of the 18 I can say that I learned a lot about my game and disc golf in various weather conditions.
