Find a way to not waste the trip 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Oct 14, 2016 Played the course:once

Pros:

For beginners, this course is very short -- and flexible. An opportunity to work on throwing form and still go for pars because you can't get the disc out 300 feet. This is the only attraction of the course, in my opinion.

Cons:

There are several major problems with this course:

The No. 1 and No. 7 baskets have been removed from the park.

There are no tee pads.

The No. 3 fairway doubles as parking for the locals.

The No. 2 basket placement is nearly against a chain-link fence for a basketball course.

Other Thoughts:

If you plan on scoring the round here, I have some advice.

First, print a scorecard from this site to know the proposed distances for each hole. Without tee pads, you will feel kind of lost and not know where to be. Using those distances:

For the missing baskets:
No. 1 can be played on the No. 9 if you back up from the No. 8 basket.

No. 7 can be played by using an alternate tee location on No. 6. I chose to go next to a large drain pipe to the west of the hole.

No. 2 will require being inventive with a tee location as well. Pick a spot across the road that is approximately the correct distance from the hole.

Short and Simple 2+ years

Reviewed: Played on:Jan 19, 2015 Played the course:once

Pros:

Nice Baskets

Easy to get around

Cons:

Very short

No Tees

No trees

3 holes under 100'

Other Thoughts:

As Derekinchains said, it is good for putting practice and beginners. They could have stretched it out a bit more by going across the road another time or two and maybe putting a basket on the side of the ditch along the road.

Mini - Putt 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Apr 21, 2012 Played the course:once

Pros:

Short course that will work only your putter, and a short mid-range. Plenty of shots for your short game. Most players will have fun, if you think of mini-putt.

Cons:

Driver's are left in the bag. 6 out of 9 holes are less than 100 feet. Nothing really challenging here.

Other Thoughts:

Could be a great course for your family if not all play very often. Very easy, and nothing really challenging.
