Pros: Great beer.
I don't think there's a basket that's not hidden by trees.
Great little course after a days fishing
Cons: Only 9 holes, but, just the right amount for the growler.

Hole 8 is a little difficult to find. BUT - once you do .. it's a blast.
Other Thoughts: Fun little course. Visit one of the lakes around the area for lots of trout & bass, then, a round of DG and a growler of your favorite beer.
Practice basket right next to the brewery.

Pros: --Disc golf course located at a brewery!
--Brand new DGA baskets in cement sleeves
--Scenic area, pine trees, low scrub brush, in and out of ravines
--Requires straight shots, hyzers, and a few forehands
--A few holes with alternate routes
--Almost all pins visible from tee area
--Trails from pin to next tee are well defined
--Port-a-johns on site
--Shaded picnic area to enjoy a BEvERage from the brewery after a round
--Rich, the Brewmeister and course designer, is super friendly and very helpful
--I had the course to myself and could play a round in about 25 minutes (after I knew the layout)
Cons: --Dirt tee pads
--No tee signs for distance
--No course map
--Hole 8 is the only pin you cannot see from the tee
--New course so it has lots of low brush to hide discs
--Trails from the tees to the pins are faint (course is new) but this will change with use
--Holes mostly short (except #4), so midrange discs were key
Other Thoughts: --Bring water, since Blairsden in the summer can reach 100
--The course is at 5000 ft, so discs are a little more stable than at sea level
--The property is 15 acres and the course has room to grow in length and to add holes
--I enjoyed the course but I also love good craft beer, so the combination makes this a "go to" destination for me
--No food is sold on site, so bring some to enjoy after your round
--The beer is really good, especially if you are a hophead (5 were on tap)
--Only 1 hr to get to the course from Truckee driving along Hwy 89, which is really scenic
