Pros:
+Very clean park, very easy to find.
+New baskets
+Dead simple navigation, every tee box is close to and visible from the previous basket. 1st tee and 9th basket are right by the parking lot.
+9 nice holes in an under served area.

Cons:
-No elevation change
-No water at all (some might say this is a pro)
-Other than the trees on 4 and 5, there really aren't any obstacles.
-No wooded holes, all 9 are open field with a few trees scattered about.

Other Thoughts:
For a new course in a small town, this was a pleasant surprise. While it might not be very challenging for advanced players, it provides a good learning or warm-up course. If you are in the area by all means play it, but I wouldn't travel more than 30 minutes to play this course again.
