New course, good for beginners

Pros: Easy both to navigate and play
Good for beginners
Middle of the road players should really par every hole.
Cons: Several signs for rattlesnakes!
Other Thoughts: This course opened in late 2016. It was built on what used to be farm land, thus there are no established trees or obstacles. The holes are short, open, and it is easy to navigate from hole to hole. They do mow in some fairways, and the longer grass can be tricky to find a disc in if you have a bad throw. I think this course is fun, and since I can walk to it I tend to play it a couple of times a week. They have planted trees, so one day they will grow out into some more challenges.
My first ever hole in one came on hole #4!
