Nice course in 2 City Parks
5 Helpful / 0 Not
Pros: -Decent Baskets
-Good Tee Signs
-Working around trees for interest
-Fairly Quick Play
-Neat Bridge near #6 basket
-Park upkeep is good
Cons: -Natural Tees
-Took a minute to figure out layout (made a map for ya)
-#3 plays between basketball court and playground with a narrow (8' or so) lane to throw
-No benches/trashcans
Other Thoughts: Britt DGC is located in two adjacent small city parks on the west side of town, just across the street from local school in Britt, IA. A typical small park course, Play begins in the middle of the west side of Camp Park, skips over to Lion's Park for #2-4 and back to Camp Park for #5-9. You have trees to work around on #1, #4 (just on on the edge), #5, #7, #8 and #9. #1 ends up kind of blind, but the rest are within sight, just a shift in your line. #3 is concerning with a narrow tunnel to squeeze between a basketball court and playground. #3 with its danger is the real reason for a lower rating from me. A re-design of that hole along with some concrete tee pads and maybe some benches and trashcans would possibly raise the rating to a 3. Luckily, the parks were quiet when I played. I did enjoy my round, but would not go out of my way to play again.

Pros: Tee boxes are well marked.
Course is upkept well.
Baskets are in good shape.
Plenty of trees to keep you thinking.
Good for a quick round.
Cons: Some of the baskets are hard to determine because of being hidden behind trees and are out of sight.
Some holes play close to the road.
Other Thoughts: Overall a nice small town course.
