It will be interesting to see what the threshold ends up being to make this list come New Years, as 20 is the lowest number we have seen in the history of the site. That's not to say these numbers are disappointing though, as only 2023 and the golden years of the site have had more reviews from a top 25. No one had a crazy month, with wellsbranch and DFrah tied at 9 each to climb up the all-time list.

smithinggolfer is also the only true DGCR rookie on the list, with Urmomsbf being the only other person to have not made a previous list in this top 25. There's plenty of other would-be first timers just outside the list, so we'll see if the last 2 months of the year bring any surges.

Only 56 or so reviews separate this year from 4th all-time. Let's see if we get there, given that some of our top reviewers for the year are wrapping up their years. I know I have a few more coming up - let's see how high up we can get! This number is understandably decreasing post-Summer surges, but we're running at a pace for 1,477 reviews, which would only be behind 2009.

With Wellsbranch250 and Moose33 joing the list, we're one new entry away from the threshold for this list being 57 reviews. Our 2024 podium each added reviews but remained in their spots, but EspressoPatronum jumped 9 spots in October and DFrah jumped 23.

A certain cat gif lover's hinting also indicates this list could have a new leader a week from now as well. History is around the corner....

Could be my only year in the top 25. I had a ton of free time with the collapse of the automotive sector with EV being a bigger collapse. First couple of years of Biden/Harris, I was moving manufacturing lines to Juarez. Work is going to really pick up now. If it's anything like the first Trump term where I had 42 PPAP's in 3 years moving manufacturing back to the states, I'm going to be swamped.

Didn't really expect to throw up 4 reviews this week, but a few fell in my lap. Made up for the one in MD that ended up being on a military base. I'm sitting on 247 total played, would really like to get to 250 this year.

November update should be up tomorrow afternoon. I've been busy with a kid and her never ending ear infection, turkey hangover, and spending this morning playing two new-to-me courses in 20 degree weather because I'm an idiot, er, a disc golf enthusiest.

Don't tell the mayor of Hamilton, IL I threw hard plastic around their park's Christmas light displays. Don't worry, I was responsible and only threw bergs off the tees, aka slow projectiles.

November didn't have much of a drop off from October as a whole, and similarly spread the reviews across lower numbers across many reviewers with the exception of wolfhaley's 15 reviews in his final big push of the year. We have 10 additional reviewers sitting between 10 and 15 reviews, so some upsets are not out of the question with one month to go. 16 reviews would be the lowest number to ever make a top 25 list, with 20 being the previous low, but we have had multiple other years with 20 reviews being what it took to get 25th or even as high as 22nd, so I'm not reading much into that. That number also can still jump up.

Wolfhaley is your single-year GOAT, breaking a record that dated back to 2010. I'll save my word count to talk more about wolfhaley's 2024 more in the end-of-year recap, but this will be one hell of a record for anyone to sniff at, as 4th place on the all-time list is more than 50 reviews behind the new benchmark.

EspressoPatronum, DFrah, wellsbranch250, and Moose33 all moved further up the board as well, and we could still yet see an 8th person join the list from 2024 with DiscGolfCraig being three reviews away. At the least, seven representatives from 2024 is pretty dang good.

Great data as always Tyler! Surge5 hopefully has at least 4 more reviews coming. Personally, I should be finishing above 70 by the end of the year. I finally have slew of more reviews to write as i was able to bag 13 more courses over the past week. Mayflower Hills is killer.

Thanks as always for the recap Tyler. I still have 7 reviews in my queue, but not sure how many of those I'll get to this month. Other priorities have been getting in the way lately. Still, a top 5-7 finish feels great.

I'm in the same boat. I have 6 courses on my list to review which is not how I was expecting the last couple weeks to pan out. With the holidays, other vacations, and other things this month, some of those are going to end up being 2025 reviews more than likely.

Great to see the stats Tyler! Wish I could have stayed higher on the leaderboard but we have some monsters this year.

Hoping to hit 2-4 more this year, one more would be 250 and set me up for a good run to 300 next year.
