Hello, I'd like to start off by saying I've just started playing around June (5ish months) and have been working on developing my forehand distance. I feel very confident on my accuracy on forehand throws and have been able to hit a consistent 250-300 foot drive with forehand but would like insight on what I could do to possibly increase my forehand distance even at the cost of some accuracy to use on longer distance open shots. Thank you I appreciate any advice that can be given.

1. Upload vids to youtube and shoot better angles next time.

2. You step very far behind yourself (targetward) with right foot which throws off balance. You end up too far behind your plant foot evidenced by the stylistic high kick in your followthru.

Note how I do more of a shuffle step/hop staying more balanced and followthru more upright with rear foot kicking thru lower.
