Thank you so much, My throwing elbow tends to get lazy throwing into a net. I tried to do the fixes, felt good. Feel like I’m getting more and more the feel for it.
1. Rear elbow looks a bit better.
2. Throwing elbow is still not integrated with your posture. Almost everyone has some version of this problem.
Notice how the direction your elbow leads makes you hug yourself more than the disc - compare your shoulders to the alignment of your forearm. Simon and Sidewinder are hugging the disc more than hugging themselves. I will probably feel more like you're throwing "up" at first, then you can bring your posture down more aggressively toward the target. This can give you more "easy" swing power because it uses your entire body to help lead with the elbow without losing leverage, and is making better use of gravity.

Yep. The idea is that your arm should swing like that relative to your shoulders on any shot angle. Your posture just adjusts overall to achieve the desired release angle.Yes, that makes sense. I’m pretty sure I did this to try to throw flatter, but I’ll stop doing that and just let them go out hyzer for now and try to correct posture soon instead

That is why it's so confusing sometimes, and can be hard to learn if you've done otherwise your whole DG life.
More posture adjustments and there are some stylistic/body type variables IMO, which I can point out. Both Eagle and Dickerson "preset" the aggressive shoulder lead when you watch their drives. Notice that both Eagle and Dickerson are maintaining the elbow lead relative to their posture as described above without the pocket collapsing. Pretty much all of the top MPO are shaping the shot with this move. Eagle does tend to be deeper into the tilt you're seeing than many players, and I think it's related to his crazy flexibility, shift, and rare "suitcase" grip. In a technical sense I think he is more "compressed" into the ground than most people at the frame I clipped below and is getting massive leverage off the ground from his plant leg- more than most players. So what about players that do throw with a lot of forward shoulder tilt, like Eagle Mcmahon and still throws fairly flat, I know they still hyzerflip their flat shots but is not their arm angle much less "hyzer" then their shoulder angle?
Work on inside swing drill?Well you have the issue RH and LH.
