My journey to 450feet consistently. Help!

You never really leverage your rear hip/center/stack yourself on the rear foot. You are leaning over toes/west on rear leg too much. Need to sit back deeper in Inside Swing Drill/Swivel Stairs.

Summer is completed and I'm trying to work on form again.

Trying to throw max.
I wanted to a few hard throws in order to get my flaws visible

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, but I expect that I'm overcoiling/overrotating with my upperbody. I think this leads to my plantfoot follow my upperbody to compensate.

Am I onto to something?

Trying to not overrotate
I'm trying to correct my "overcoiling/overrotating" by throwing a water bottle (inspiration is hammer drill/throws)

Also brought in a couple of run-up shots also.

If my analysis of myself is somewhat correct, how do I prevent myself from overcoiling/overrotating as it seems like I'm destroying all the place I have in my pocket? Any tip for fixing my form, just work, work and work?

Not sure if you can over-coil. Over-rotating is typically a lack a coil.

Try to keep your elbow and disc inline with each other. Your elbow and disc are swinging around each other a lot. When you start your forward swing, your elbow moves west/left while your hand/disc moves east/right. You want to tow the lower/arm disc straighter forward into the pocket.

Yes, you are moving the disc faster forward/around than your elbow from the top of the backswing.

Orange line is hand/disc frame to frame.
Blue line is elbow frame to frame.

Note how Eagle's towing the hand/disc the same distance as the elbow.
Note how your disc is rising and moving faster/further distance than your elbow, so you aren't towing the hand/disc.

I tried a couple of things yesterday, various "throwing styles", I think what it all boil down too is having disc and elbow in line with eachother. I'm looking forward hear your opinion. Do you think it looks better?

I'd rather not see your elbow moving to the east during the forward swing. Most pros have the elbow moving slightly west from the top of the backswing.

Video some Door Frame Drills. Lets get all that slack out of your system.
