Details: This event is limited to 144 players. There are no spots reserved for any particular division, this is to register gets the spot event for now. This may change later. There will be $1000 added cash to the pro purse. Last day to be gauranteed a players pack is October 10th. AM player pack discs will be order 5 weeks prior to event. All AM's registered by then will be gauranteed a disc. If less than 50 Am are registered, player pack discs will be limited to the 1st 50 registered AM's
There will be two pools. If a division doesn't have any players registered for it by October 14th, 2019… Those division spots will be shuffled and offered to a different division.
The Divisions in each pool are tentative and subject to change based on the needs of the tournament. The courses are set, but if there is an issue effecting ability to use the course, we may change things. Refunds will not be issued for changes in pools or courses.
TENTATIVELY: AM player packs will include 1 long sleeve performance shirt, 1 beanie hat and 1 disc, roughly a $63 retail value… AGAIN, this is tentative!!!

A-Pool : MPO, MP40, MP50, MP60, FPO (Saturday-Blueberry Course, Sunday- Bear Course)
B-Pool: MA1, MA2, MA3, MA40, MA50, MA60, FA1, FA2 (Saturday-Bear Course, Sunday- Blueberry course)
Friday: 12-5pm Player Checkin
Saturday: 10:45am Players Meeting, 11:30am Shot Gun Tee off.
Sunday: 9:20am Players Meeting, 10:00am Shot Gun Tee off. Awards to follow.
Northern Lights Disc Golf Event Refund Policy:
All Refund/withdrawl requests must be submitted by the registered player by email to: Northernlightsdiscgolfdesign@gmail.com Email must include: Event Name, Players Name, PDGA number, Division and an email address for paypal refund. The dates listed below will be posted and we will strictly follow this schedule for functionality of all events.
If you request a refund 30 days prior to event, your entry fee will receive a full refund minus $10 handling fee. Any add on's, such as tip my spotter, meals etc. are non-refundable.
30 day withdrawl dates are:

If you request a refund 29-15 days priorto event, you will only receive a refund if event is full and we can fill your spot (you would receive 100% refund minus $10 handling fee). If we don't fill your spot, AM divisions will receive their packs (Player is responsible for picking up their pack, no shipping options available). Pro's will receive a 50% refund of their entry fee. Any add on's such as, tip my spotter, meals etc are non-refundable.
15-29 day withdrawl dates are:
Highbridge Fall Classic request to withdrawl between October 3rdand October 18th2019.
Any refunds requested 14 days or Less prior to the event, will NOT be issued a refunded. We strictly follow this policy to help us run better events. Any entry fees not refunded are automatically added the division registered for as added cash.

There will be no refunds for the Highbridge Fall Classic after October 18th, 2019.
If you don't officially withdrawl or show up for the event by the end of player check-in, No Refunds and No Players packs will be issued.
