All refund requests must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org Please include your registered name, division and PDGA number in the withdrawl email. Please note, we don't process refund immediately, please undertand it could take up to 7 days for us to process your refund. Refunds will be done through registration site, and take an additional few days to show up in your bank account.
Refunds requested by September 30th 11:59pm will receieve a full refund, Minus any processing fees.
Refunds requested Between October 1st and 10th will be 50% as follows: Pros will get a 50% cash refund, Am's will get their players pack. Player is responsible for picking up/arranging their players pack pick up.
There will be no refunds processed after October 10th unless we are able to fill your spot. If we are able to fill your spot, you will recieve a full refund minus $10 processing fee. This applies to AM's and Pro's. If your spot is not filled and you decided to still drop out, you can still get your players pack. (you are responsible for pick up, we do not ship or hold on to them for you).
