Beautiful new course for intermediate players 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Apr 26, 2018 Played the course:once

Pros:

Gorgeous layout with well defined fairways and excellent signage. Looks like a ball golf course (or a mini golf course in the case of hole 17). Not a lot of birdie opportunities for my skill level but a good challenge. Rough punishes you without completely taking away any chance of recovery. An excellent companion course to the similar length but wide open Ocean County course.

Cons:

No bathrooms or benches makes for a long slog. Would like to see more of the pricker bushes removed from the rough.

50th course 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Jul 26, 2017 Played the course:2-4 times

Pros:

-well balanced variety of shot shaping
-solid flow with minimal back tracking/ long walks
-well crafted and level paver tee pads
-easily accessible and right off the highway
-well defined fairways for such a young course

Cons:

-lack of signage which is already on its way To my knowledge (there is temp tee signs for now)
-needs some tree removal and trimming which I'm sure will be done as the course breaks in
-parking lot size could be an issue on a busy day
-with the tee pads being leveled some are raised up and make it difficult for someone like myself who has a bigger run up to start off the pad
-ticks and chiggers are something to look out for with the new course

Other Thoughts:

Course is 40 minutes from my house definitely plan to make it a course regularly played for myself. Heavily wooded with some minor elevation changes. Tee pads are pavers not concrete.
