First hole is SouthWest of the parking lot toward the Steeple. The Red (longer) teepad is tucked back into the woods a little back by the furthest bench to the West (right).
Its a tricky hole to pull a 3. You need a strong throw that stays under the treeline but that will carry 250 to 300 feet.
