Beautiful property, well manicured, good baskets, interesting sculptures throughout the park.

Poor design. First 11 holes have little to no obstacles. The trees on these holes are not utilized well, resulting in very little challenge other than the distance of the holes. Hole 9 leads you in the complete opposite direction of 10, causing you to needlessly backtrack. The finishing woods holes are "walking path" fairways, that do not have realistic flight lines. Tee pads are very short.

A beautiful setting for a course, especially in the underserved area east of Syracuse, but it unfortunately falls a bit short. The fact that all the baskets have been improperly installed (locking collars way above ground), along with the very short length of tee pads leads me to believe the project was undertaken by those without much experience. Simple changes to better utilize the available trees on the front, and major trimming to the back woods holes would greatly improve the course.
