Pros:
- Easy to find and navigate
- Good Infrastructure: pads, signs, baskets, etc. all in good order
- Minor elevation used well
- Good for beginners as the holes are short
- Fast rounds can be had here
- Beautiful views from everywhere on the course
Cons:
- Very short course with distances ranging from 80-220(ish) feet
- Almost no obstacles
- No way to punish bad throws
- Looks like a snake's favorite area
Other Thoughts:
The elevation helps an otherwise open course but not enough to offset that and the short distances. They planted some small trees, protected and growing near baskets, can't help but feel these will get trampled on eventually which sucks, maybe not the smartest spot for these. I would say drive 5 or 10 minutes in either direction and you have better courses to choose from. This isn't a disaster or anything like that just a below average course. That being said if you're bagging in the area, it's not terrible and you can get it in under 20 minutes and perhaps even get an ace as well. Leave the bag in the car, carry a midrange and a putter and have a good time.
