Pros:
Never busy. Easy to Navigate with Next Tee Arrows in each basket. Great for experienced players for putter/ mid rounds, and also excellent for beginners or children.
Cons:
Highway noise. Neighbors hitting golf balls on the course, but the one I have encountered multiple times has been respectful and shuffled out of the way to let me play. The course is still a little rough, but I believe they will put more work into it. Teepads are a work in progress.
Other Thoughts:
Gave it a 3/5 because although it is a great course for what it is, it is only a 6 hole course. Love this short 6 hole course for a quick after work round, or to hone in my putters and mids. Easy to play a quick 6, or loop to make it a 12 or 18 hole round. Never have seen it busy. Plenty of room to do some fieldwork or shoot back and forth between baskets, provided you aren't interrupting someone throwing a round.
