Pros:
New baskets
Lots of tree's
Good for a "behind the church" course
Cons:
Some of the tee's were not marked.
While a lot of the holes have been cleared, it is still pretty rough.
Other Thoughts:
This is exactly what I want to see in a church property course. They should be for the church members, not the disc golfing public. (although I have no problem with using a course for outreach to the disc golf community either)
9 holes circling around behind the church in the woods. Mostly short, it clocks in under 2000ft and really only has one hole over 300ft.
Most of the holes have left or right intended fairways. It was a pretty even mix in my opinion.
My biggest issue would be hole 3, not just the longest hole on the course, but really the only hole that had not been cleared. It is a very tight, long hole if you follow the path. I threw a turnover out into the open, I didn't see any mando's. If the rough is cleared out, this hole would probably be the best hole on the course. (it's been 3 months since I played it, if the hole has been cleared, ignore what I said)
Would I play here again? It's not a destination course, but if I was in the area, this would be a course I would enjoy playing and throwing for the ace runs.
