Pros:
-- Veteran baskets.
-- Decent use of the land and a few tree lines.
-- Four and six are the best holes. Four tees through about a 12-foot gap in a row of trees/bushes. Six throws over a dry (at least now) pond to a basket about 30-40 feet past the pond.

Cons:
-- Safety is an issue. No. 1 is a RHBH hyzer around the building with the basket between the church and a storage shed. An overthrow could hit someone. An overthrow of 25 feet on No. 7 lands you on a sidewalk (and perhaps the road). No. 8 SHOULD have a mando (it appears to be designed to force a hard RHFH/LBHR along the parking lot before an almost 90-degree turn the final 30 feet to the basket). However, the direct line to the basket goes over a driveway/parking lot. That is very tempting but also potentially dangerous. No. 9 basket is so close to the outdoor basketball basket that you cannot play the hole if anyone is using the basketball court.
-- Navigation is an issue. There is no map on site. I spent some time looking for next holes. From 3 to 4 could be very difficult, but a helpful sign pointed me in the right direction.
-- Maintenance is an issue. Other than 1, 8 and 9, the course uses land that is not otherwise used. Unfortunately, that means little maintenance is done. On my first visit in April 2021,the course was still new, so there was hope it would improve over time. That does not appear to be the case.
-- No facilities (restroom, water, seating or trash cans).
-- Long walks for a short course. 3-4 and 8-9 are the worst examples.
-- Private property/OB is tight along the right side of the No. 5 fairway. A slightly errant throw could lead to a lost disc.
-- Tee signs that were laminated paper stapled to a post are all gone.

Other Thoughts:
-- Tee pads are natural (marked by white flags near the tee signs except for a few that use sidewalks near the building. They are OK now, but I don't know how well they will hold up.
-- The course's target audience is likely church members new to the sport, but the safety issues (and lost disc possibilities) make this not a beginner-friendly course.

Other Thoughts:
There is not much to work with, but the course does try to use all the interesting areas of the property.
Hole 1 was just too close to the building for me, I felt uncomfortable throwing my first shot of the day next to a building.
Hole 2 was around the building throwing to a fence line with the basket under a tree.
Hole 3 is a longer turnover shot down a tree line.
Thanks to a direction sign, was able to find the tee for hole 4, it is a little bit of a walk and is a throw though a few cedar trees with another tree line behind the basket.
Hole 5 is the longest hole on the course, tree line on the right and fairway for hole 3 on the left.
Hole 6 is my favorite hole on the course. Throwing from under the tree's in the tree line, up over a flood water retention pond area to a nice flat green area with a tree line behind the basket. I would mark the bowl of the retention pond as OB to make this hole fun.
Hole 7's fairway is down a row of smaller tree's. The most open shot is a big turnover (left to right) and there is a tight right to left shot. However there is a house with a fence that comes into play on this hole.
Hole 8 is suppose to be a hard left to right shot. I didn't see a mando and the tempting shot is to throw directly at the basket over the road. The basket is pretty close to the road too.
Hole 9 also uses the road as a hazard. almost 300ft hole with road on the left near the basket, a parking lot just past the basket and if you turn it over, the church could come into play.
In general, this is a decent church course. A few of the holes might be a little tough for beginners, but it is not too hard or too easy for a more seasoned player.
Would I play here again? Well, only if I lived nearby and wanted to get some practice in. This is not a course I would drive to play as it is a shorter pitch and putt course. But with that said, it is a course on church property, it SHOULD be a pitch and putt course for the youth of the church. Good course to introduce new players to the game.
