Pros:

Youre playing in Italy
Some water to contend with
Slight elevation near water

Cons:

Short
Seasonal
Pads are rough

Other Thoughts:

I was tickled, but its not a killer. Be sure to make sure its open, summer months only hills are nice water is beautiful
