Pros:

- Navigation is simple
- Easy to follow
- Brand new baskets
- Concrete tee pads
- Beautiful information tee signs
- Practice Basket
- Extremely well maintained park
- Decent distances
- Good views
- Can play in a very short amount of time
- Good for introducing the game to new players
- Hole 2 is a low ceiling left to right shot with a mando, great for rollers

Cons:

- Too open
- No elevation
- Boring
- Does not punish bad throws
- Tweener holes for the demographic of locals
- Dangerously laid out over existing park user spaces
- Extremely busy with non disc golf related activity
- Fairways and tee pads too close to each other

Other Thoughts:

This is a course you've seen many dozen times if you're a seasoned course bagger. Just not enough space, not enough trees, crammed in a park with other things already going on. If Creekside is too busy or you're feeling like you need some open holes to throw on this place will suffice but will also leave you desiring something more. It's worth a stop to check it off the list and play it once as a 30 minute play and then move about your day.
