Dry and in great shape. Rough is pretty manageable still. There is a significant amount of poison ivy!
Eagle Pines is built in the Almond-Bancroft school forest, a former pine plantation. The course features 20 holes of technical woods golf and is relatively flat. There are some narrow paths and lumpy ground that can make carts a little cumbersome on a couple holes.

-Course will be on the left, just past Country Rd J, about ~2 miles ahead.
