Pros:
I was lucky enough to play through this one with the designer, who is a teacher at the school. They were able to buy decent DD baskets with their PE budget and put together this fun little course that wraps around the school for the kids to play and hopefully incorporate in their PE schedule in the future.
The holes are mainly 200-300ft with some road OB and a few fun wooded holes mixed in. Tees are natural, but level and marked with pavers that have the hole number.
A couple of tunnel shots and one very funky downhill tunnel shot that is only about 5 ft wide and pretty challenging.
Cons:
It's got some places where if there are other events you couldn't potentially play them, and it's not amazing land overall but for its purpose/budget it's done very well.
Course baggers will have played far worse, cherry pickers shouldn't bother stopping.
Of the middle school courses in GA I've played it's the best by a pretty good stretch.
Other Thoughts:
Fun place to learn the game and probably a good many DGer will get there start here. Good variety of lines and thought out into the layout
