Tight park course 2+ years drive by

Pros:

Currently well maintained and being in a city park it will be frequently mowed.
Easy to navigate, each tee box has a sign, logical layout

Cons:

Course is right beside pool, tennis court, and playground. If the park has much of a crowd many of the holes would likely be obstructed. Very little challenge.

Other Thoughts:

Nice little park course, would not pose much of a challenge to experienced players. All holes are fairly short and straight. Lightly wooded, requires minimal shot shaping.
