Smallish, elevated concrete tees could be a stumbling hazzard.

This is a 2 x 10 = 20 arrangement, free to play with the exception of Sunday mornings. It's short and not especially technical, but does call for a variety of shot shapes. It's going to appeal more to the beginner/intermediate frolfer, but more seasoned arms would probably want to gravitate to nearby Kaposia Park or North Valley.

FCB is free to play…mostly. The true price of admission is one Bible verse per tee sign. I found myself imagining some awkward cardmate discussions:

Susie: "Hey Bob, what did you get last hole?"

Bob: "You mean the 'The wages of sin are death' hole?"

Susie: "No, no…the 'It is appointed for all men to die once, and after this judgment' hole!

On the one hand, a free-to-play disc golf course on church property is, without a doubt, a fine display of Christian charity. On the other, one gets to wondering if second tees were added merely to double the "Thus saith the Lord" potential.

Speaking of the tees, a correctible issue. The concrete tees were apparently poured within the last couple of years. They are elevated and wood-framed, but relatively small (estimate 4' x 9') with 2-3" of drop off on the front edges. Depending on the size of your x-step, this could be a place to turn an ankle. Feathering some dirt around the wood frame and packing it in would lessen this risk.

If you live in the neighborhood or are bagging courses, you might stop find yourself teeing off here, but with the wealth of other higher quality options in the Twin Cities area, I don't think I'll be back to this one.
