Pros:

Nice Scenery
Good course for beginners
Multiple Tees
Restroom
Really neat tee box on hole 3
Course Maintanenced nicely

Cons:

Object pins
Grass teeboxes(besides no. 3)
Watch for cars
No retrivers for the swamp

Other Thoughts:

Nice course for begginers. Fishing on the lakes/creeks is allowed and ive caught some big fish. The course is brand new and has a bright future.
