Pros:

A course with a little bit of everything. Long throws at the end. Alternate tees. Water hazards from a creek. Has a bathroom.

Cons:

More open field throws in anything but they do use the landscape to alter it a bit. Course is only 12 holes. Hole 3 and 4 are incorrectly marked or vandalized with a marker changing the hole number. 3 you should have a visual and throw across the creek. Four is throwing back to the creek/wooded area.
