Pros:
Some fun, varied shots
Enjoyed the elevation change for shots
Not crowded
Good tee boxes, baskets, and well marked

Holes 1, 3, and 5 drives are over a street (could be dangerous)
Could not access 5 tee box as the field was locked
6 tee was hard to find behind the car wash

Other Thoughts:
I liked the course overall. It was a fun, quick play. The shots over the street were new for me, some of the holes were placed in tough spots
