Pros:
+ Ample parking
+ Located in a very clean, well maintained park surrounded by certified wildlife habitat.
+ 9 nice new Mach Vs
+ Navigation is very intuitive but there are still next tee signs on most holes. Nice flow. Nice Signage.
+ Nice mix of holes, wooded/open, long/short
+ Some nice Risk/Reward on a few holes
+ A few holes require some good shot-shaping
+ Obstacles include tall wildflowers, brush, trees, and cattails
Cons:
- It feels like a few holes (2, 4, 7) are long just for long's sake. the extra length doesn't really add anything other than extra length
- Holes 6, 7, and 8 are extremely slippery when wet, use caution
- Tees are dirt/gravel with a short rubber mat that collects water. Not ideal.
Other Thoughts:
This is an absolutely beautiful small course but it may be frustrating for beginners.
I enjoy this course very much and it quickly found its way into my rotation.
To get a 4: pour concrete tees
