Pros:
Aesthetic-- plays around a small college campus. doesn't really intersect with many other facilities so danger shouldn't be high.
Baskets-- new and in great shape. easily visible.
Challenge and variety-- nicely done on this aspect. starting out with a 600' hole and then a water hole is nice #6 is a nice little bloop shot over a muskeg.
Cons:
Teesigns-- no distances or maps. very difficult to know where to throw as the signs don't (universally) point towards the pin you're throwing at. I threw from #2 to #9 and almost lost a disc. I also threw from #3 to #2 (which was more fun).
Teepads-- grass. all good, they aren't in bad shape yet.
Plainness-- this course needs a little flavor. I liked the idea of throwing over the pond rather than throwing along the edge of it. that made more sense. other than that, this course is boring
Routing and nav-- a bit tricky from #3 to #4 (across the parking lot) but I posted a map so that should help.
Other Thoughts:
Most certainly not the best course in Lansing or the best 9 hole in Lansing...
but could certainly be an "up and comer"
