Pros:

Large putting areas
Clear signs
Elevation Changes

Cons:

Overgrown sides
Expensive
Blind throws, hard to spot landings

Other Thoughts:

Good course for beginners
Wear long socks for amateurs
Don't bother otherwise
If you have one bad drive, best of luck.
For a pay-for-play course, poorly maintained
