Pros:
Newly constructed park with a decent little course on it. This used to be little houses that I believe got bought by the county when they fell below the flood plain. Everything was leveled and they created a neat little green space with a mix of old hardwood trees and some new trees and flowers they planted and a gravel walking path.
Nice looking and accurate signs on every hole, big gravel pads and new Innova baskets.
I always enjoyed traveling in the upper Midwest because at the end of a long day there was often a little neighborhood course that was a great place to meditate and unwind from a long day. This serves this purpose well as well as being a good place to teach the game to newer players.
Benches on every hole and several trash cans.
Cons:
Only six holes and close to an residential road. Newb hyzers could end up in the road pretty easily.
Some holes have an odd line compared to how the tee is positioned.
Other Thoughts:
It is a very much welcome addition to this area. We were lucky enough to add some true blue and gold level courses, but these simple smaller courses are just as essential to the game as a whole even though it will never be a crazy high rated course.
