Pros:
18th hole is a great finish over water and into a tree island
Uses the existing trees and elevation changes to good effect
Distances are good to attract newer players and develop confidence
Great signage with distance and par on almost all holes (some vandalism)
Concrete tees
Multiple pin sites
Convenient course design with free parking
Course map and rules on big bulletin board near the first tee
Newer Prodigy baskets
Enough trees to keep the wind down
Camping, Casino, and Motels
Cons:
Tee pads are short
Course is split so holes 9-12 are on the other side of a moderately busy road
Grass left after mowing so dewy morning means very messy discs
Hole 16 crosses the integrated walking path
Hole 12 on other side of creek (dry now) that would require walking to the narrow road to cross if filled
Holes 9, 10, 11, and 18 have significant vandalism
Other Thoughts:
Nice little course in a very nice town that I'll play again and again. I learned that the heavier air changes how my favorite discs' fly, and this has been great to help me keep the nose down.
