Hard to navigate 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Sep 20, 2018 Played the course:once

Pros:

Long holes and you can really work on your driving disc. Not much grass so no fear of ticks or poison ivy. Long walk between holes so good exercise.

Cons:

No tee boxes. No signs or indicators of where to start or tee from. Very dry and alot of ants. Not very challenging because no obstacles, except for a few water hazards. Back nine was better but still had to make alot of it up as to where to tee from. Also have to cross river thru bridge that has water up to your ankles. Better when coming back, no water.

Other Thoughts:

Could be a good course but needs information.

Great 18-hole course on 9-hole ball golf course 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Jun 18, 2018 Played the course:once

Pros:

Nice medium-to-long wide-open up and down holes. Many baskets are near water for extra challenge. Challenges your long drives and approach shots as well as some tree and wooded holes. This course is better than the Kimble park course nearby. Well maintained and golf carts are allowed since this course is on a 9-hole ball golf course. Small town feel, so there is not many ball golfers to contend with. Can bring your own cart to ride or rent one, but you don't really need one.

Cons:

costs $5 to play, and pro shop does not know much about disc golf. Teebox markers are not in place for most hole. Had to use course map to find start of each hole. Pro shop said they forget to put the teebox markers back in place after mowing the grass.

Other Thoughts:

Should definitely come out and try it if you are in the area or passing through town.
