Hole #3 is the only water hole at Kentwood...and it is real water (deep in places). Unless you are confident in your ability to keep your drive level and straight, without too much fade at the end, throw whatever disc your must comfortable with for a 220ish foot hole. If you have any doubts, throw a floating disc (that is, unless you don't mind taking a dip to get your disc). The water is usually pretty clean and clear, so if you do have to go in after a disc, it's not the end of the world.
