Pros:
This is a great course for beginners. The first 5 and last 4 are short and can be played quickly if you want to get a fast 9 holes in. 6-14 are a longer walk with open space to really launch it. Great course to introduce kids and spouses to the game.
Cons:
Experienced players will probably not feel challenged for a par except on a couple holes. While the course borders the woods on one side, there are no shots through or into the woods that might make it more difficult, except for a few trees around baskets.
There are a couple par 4's on the back nine that should probably be par 3's.
All in all:
-0.5 for overall difficulty
-0.5 for short tee pads. To get a good runup you have to start off the pad.
-0.5 for thinner basket chains. The basket chains feel a little thin to catch for some reason.
Other Thoughts:
All holes have pads and great signage.
My recommendation would be to add a set of "alternate" basket locations in/through the woods to force more difficult 2nd shot placement. They could be considered the "blue baskets" or something. That way, the course remains beginner friendly, and the higher level players have something to sink their teeth into.
