Pros:
mix of very open and moderately wooded holes. Pro shop onsite. some water in play. some concrete tee pads. not crowded at all.
Cons:
baskets are old and not in the best shape. only a few concrete tee pads. The tee signs face in random directions and have no info on them. Would have had problems knowing where to throw if I wasn't with someone who had played there before. course holds water in places. access limited to military at this time. some fairly long walks between holes.
Other Thoughts:
This course was totally redesigned in the last year or so. The previous reviews will not be relevant at all. The holes are all par 3 now. I changed the par in the info but the yardage is still wrong. The tee signs did not have that info. I would guess most of the holes are between 250 and 350 feet with maybe a couple longer. there are 2 significant water carries one of which would be a real problem for shorter ranges throwers. Definite problem with navigation and knowing which basket to throw at. course doesn't really have a signature hole but many of the holes are interesting. It's a nice play but I wouldn't go out of my way to play there a lot
