Other Thoughts:

INFO
Course winds back and forth across generally open recreational area downhill from main lodge of resort. Layout is mostly intuitive, but a map may help to locate hard to see tee markers in ground. All holes appear to be under 300 ft. in length with several closer to 150 ft. from short tee positions. Course play is restricted to guests of the resort (contact resort regarding any exceptions), and a small assortment of discs are available in the Grand Lodge for guests to use in playing the course.

EVAL
This charming, short course admirably utilizes its natural obstacles to present a nice, leisurely challenge in a beautifully manicured setting. Centrally located within the resort and easy to traverse, the beginner-friendly layout is well suited to accommodate guests, especially those new to the sport. The appeal of this course is definitely intended for casual play due to short hole lengths and generally wide open spaces, but experienced players may still enjoy a variety of midrange shots to test their skill.

LAYOUT
Course begins downhill from Grand Lodge. Hole #1 throws past #9 basket on right to green atop hillside and under tree canopy. (Walk right along path to #2 short tee and farther along path to long tee.) Hole #2 throws downhill, across creek and around trees to green near small trees. (Walk ahead and to left by curve in road for #5 short tee and father left along road to long tee.)

Hole #5 throws right around trees and large mound. (Walk left in front of stand of trees to #6 short tee and father right for long tee.) Hole #6 throws through stand of trees to basket near pond. (Walk to left near pond to #7 short tee and farther left to long tee.) Hole #7 throws across edge of pond towards narrow field with green near small rise on left. (Walk across bridge over tree-lined creek and then right to #8 short tee or left to long tee.) Hole #8 throws between hillside on left and creek on right to green beside creek. (Walk ahead to #9 short and long tees.) Hole #9 throws towards green at bottom of hill and near rock-lined pool.
