Round notes:Seven of us ventured out on an amazing trip to play a round of golf on a beautiful day. Still a bit chilly when we arrived in the morning, but it warmed up nicely. Everyone had a great round... except me, the idiot who pulled a back muscle halfway through hole 2, but that wasn't going to stop me! (It kinda did, my round was awful! I could barely walk or throw correctly.) A stop by the Big Dipper before leaving town was worth the suffering through my back pain.

Hit a tree on the drive, had a great approach that landed on the backside of the basket, missed a 20-footer and got a bogie while everyone else deuced or parred the hole. That should've been my sign on how the round was going to shape up.

Drive was good, but too high, hit a branch over the water, but landed safely on the edge. Second shot grip-locked right. Third shot too long and put me in the stream. Went to pick up my bag and slipped on the mud for a bad back pull.
