Relaxing w/ minimal challenge 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Jul 4, 2012 Played the course:5+ times

Pros:

-Easily spotted holes
-Good shade
-Good tree positions for all styles of throws
-Well positioned tees/baskets for short walking
-Distance is perfect for amateurs

Cons:

-No signage of baskets
-During Summer months after 6 P.M. it can get very crowded
-Easy birdies for more advanced players

Other Thoughts:

If you want to relax, have a good time and escape the heat this is a perfect place to go to. It is the nicest kept course in the area however the location is a bit on the dumpy side. You'll feel on the way to the park that you are going to get mugged by a meth head but it's well worth it once you get to the park.

Reviewed: Played on:Jul 13, 2011 Played the course:5+ times

Pros:

-Easily accessible from around Eau Claire.
-Decent bathroom facilities on site.
-Picnic areas and shelters.
-Grass is well groomed.
-Layout offers some variety. Trees offer challenge.

Cons:

-Basket locations are permanent. Not a bad thing necessarily, but if you like your courses to change from time to time, this one is always the same.

Good Course To Learn On 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Apr 22, 2009 Played the course:5+ times

Pros:

It may not be the most difficult course to play, but it does have it elements to challenge you. I think if you're new to the sport it's a great place to learn. Whenever I'm introducing somebody to disc golf, I bring them here.

Cons:

Unfortunately this course is in a fairly popular park, so once the afternoon hits you'll be in for a wait at the tee.

Other Thoughts:

Overall a pretty nice course, which I myself had a lot of fun learning to play on. It's a great place to bring a group of friends.
