Pros:

when there is no course in the area , most anything is good. Although it is a development course there is a decent challenge for veterans. Great practice for tight holes and 'touch' drives.

Cons:

there are stinging nettles on some holes, and anyone looking to throw the bomb will be disappointed

Other Thoughts:

Short enough for beginners and challenging enough for pro's with putters and mid-ranges
